Our Action Email Server was down for a few hours because of a Denial of Service attack.  Please try again. If you were not able to connect to the action email link from last night’s alert and would like to do so now please click here https://florida-family.org/take_action_form.php?message=524 Florida Family Association sent out an email alert late last night titled “Magistrate judge denies bail to terror linked Muslim that is charged with attempting to destroy an American Airlines jet carrying 150 passengers.  Please send email to thank judges.” Opponents to our efforts to influence the courts to be strong against Islamic terrorists used a foreign internet server to launch a denial of service attack against our Action Email Server about an hour after the email alert was launched.  A denial of service attack is when someone launches hundreds of thousands of online requests to a targeted website form to render it inoperable.    Our webmaster created software a couple of years ago to detect denial of service attacks and respond by blocking the hostile server.  However, in this case the opponent created a work around to our detection software.   Our webmaster is working toward enhancing our detection software for this recent work around. The server causing the denial of service attack has been blocked.  Our Action Email Server is working now.
