QUESTION: Why does a majority of the Middle East/Gaza posting on MIL/EDU and MIL G-P OPS appear to favor Israel?:
ANSWER: Middle East reporting by the media is extremely shallow and often biased We attempt to fill in what the media does not present.
For example,this morning the headlines read “Israelis bomb UN hospital”. Below is a more complete picture. Note that the bombings of the hospital elicited secondary explosions which are a definitive indication that Hamas explosives and/or missiles were actually at the hospital. Further, none of the news reports mentioned that the hospital was empty and that there were no staff nor patients at the facility at the time. Also this video documents that Israel had gone to great lengths prior to the attack to assure that there would be no civilian casualties. None of these were mentioned in the numerous media stories
