Michael Oren on America and Israel in Turmoil Dec 31, 2019 Audio tape 27 minutes

Michael Oren on America and Israel in Turmoil
Dec 31, 2019   Audio tape  27 minutes

Gil Hoffman interviews former deputy minister, Knesset Member and ambassador to the United States Michael Oren, author of two books on the US-Israel relationship, Ally and Power, Faith, and Fantasy: America in the Middle East, 1776 to the Present.

Gil and Michael speak about the similarities between US President Donald Trump and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at a time when Oren says Israeli society is stronger than America's but the US has stronger institutions than the Jewish state.

They also address the increasing anti-Semitism in the US and what should be done about it by America, US Jews and Israel.

The Hill’s annual Top Lobbyists list.....2019

The Hill's Top Lobbyists 2019  12-14-19

Welcome to The Hill’s annual Top Lobbyists list.

2019 was a frenetic year for K Street, with a number of high-profile fights on legislative and regulatory issues, even as Washington was riveted by impeachment drama and a contentious 2020 presidential election took shape.

In a busy and testing year for the influence world, these are the people who wielded their clout and knowledge most effectively on behalf of their clients.

Not all of those honored on this list are formally registered as lobbyists. The list highlights the broad range of talents needed to succeed in the influence industry. But the people below are all at the top of their game — and the ones the nation’s biggest companies, labor unions and associations turn to when they want their voices heard in the nation’s capital.

The ranks of Washington’s policy experts and influencers run deep, but these are the players who stand out for delivering results for their clients in the halls of Congress and the administration.

Someone mentioned this on social media. In fact, many have when it comes to The New York Times and others  caught peddling fake news. I mean it’s become abysmal since the 2016 election. Granted, a blind squirrel finds a nut. The publication can dole out some solid pieces—not doubt. The Upshot is a decent section, but the batting average isn’t good. And yes, it’s a liberal paper. I’m sure you all know this but there are some folks out there who think the NYT, MSNBC, and CNN are impartial sources of news. You almost have the chuckle a bit. Yet, when you get egg on your face for the 10,000thtime, maybe there needs to be an internal review. That’s what The New York Post’sMichael Goodwin suggested due to the paper’s serial failures while adding that Trump is Teflon. He will not be taken down by the snowflake brigade that infests so many newsrooms. He also added that if Democrats thought their liberal media allies will be able to drum up support for impeachment, they were sadly mistaken (via NY Post):

Backed by a press corps eager to get Trump, Pelosi felt confident to authorize the flimsy effort to remove the president from office. She assumed media bullhorns would push the public into her camp and that would win her Republican votes for a bipartisan takedown.

She certainly got the media support, but the public and the GOP aren’t following. Indeed, the harder that Reps. Adam Schiff and Jerry Nadler push and the louder the anti-Trump media scream, the more the public resists impeachment over the Ukraine piffle.

That was true even before last week’s sensational revelations that the FBI was both corrupt and incompetent in the Russia collusion probe. The report and testimony by Michael Horowitz, the inspector general of the Justice Department, further undermined impeachment by revealing the rampant misconduct in the earlier case.

[…]

Thankfully, the accountability fallout from the Russia misconduct has started, with Attorney General Bill Barr suggesting possible prosecutions of FBI agents and perhaps others.

But what of the media? After all, The New York Times, Washington Post, CNN and the broadcast networks were spectacularly wrong in their coverage.

[…]

Pulitzers and other journalism prizes lionized some reports that are now as discredited as the Steele dossier. Yet the news organizations still protect the secret sources who misled them and act as if they themselves did nothing wrong.

One glaring example. The Times reported last May that the FBI sent a female investigator “posing as research assistant” to spy on the Trump campaign in 2016. The woman, who called herself Azra Turk, met with George Papadopoulos in a London bar.

[…]

The Times’ story also says Turk and another informant, Stefan Halper, “failed to glean any information of value” from several meetings with Papadopoulos, but that is not true, according to the inspector general. He says one of the FBI’s most significant “inaccuracies and omissions” was the failure to tell FISA judges that Papadopoulos repeatedly denied to Halper and Turk that the campaign was collaborating with Russia or WikiLeaks.

Did the Times reporters know about that exculpatory information, or did their FBI sources lie to them? Either way, the paper now knows its May story was wrong on key points, yet it remains uncorrected.

[…]

Days after the 2016 election, the Times issued an apology of sorts to subscribers for failing to realize that Trump could win. “Did Donald Trump’s sheer unconventionality lead us and other news outlets to underestimate his support among American voters?” the publisher and editor wrote.

[…]

So now it’s time for a second apology — a sincere one. And an honest inquiry into how the paper continues to get the big stories so wrong.

I mean the list of how many times the liberal media has stepped on a rake when covering this administration could stretch from New York to San Francisco. It’s got to the point where even voters who lean Democratic in swing states refuse to believe what’s being printed about the president. It’s that bad.

It’s also the cumulative effect. The partisan blitzes Democrats and the liberal media have tried to execute against the Trump White House have given the game away. Democratic voters think Trump is Satan. Republicans are finally happy we have a growing economy and a president who doesn’t play by the liberal media’s rules. He punches back and the Left doesn’t know what to do. Meanwhile, Independents are moving closer to the MAGA camp in the face of a hyper-left wing 2020 agenda and an impeachment push that’s total garbage. The allegation is that there was a quid pro quo scheme between Trump and Ukraine over military aid. Trump threatened to withhold it unless there was a corruption probe into Hunter Biden, son of former Vice President Joe Biden. The charges stemming from this are obstruction of Congress and abuse of power, two charges you’d expect from a Democratic majority infected with Trump Derangement Syndrome. This push has done nothing but boost Trump’s approval ratings and pushing swing state voters away from Democrats.

Yet, the Russian collusion narrative, which suffered two shots to the head, is the holy grail for all of this nonsense. First, the report submitted by ex-Special Counsel Robert Mueller killed the narrative and debunked the Trump dossier, from which this whole meth-addled narrative about Trump-Russia collusion was born. It was fake. For starters, the dossier was a Clinton-funded opposition research project that was cited as credible evidence in securing of a FISA spy warrant against Carter Page, a former Trump campaign official. Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), chair of the House Intelligence Committee, wrote a memo saying how the FBI committed no wrongdoing in the process. Well, the Department of Justice Inspector General shredded that partisan nonsense up, noting 17 times the FBI omitted or outright omitted exculpatory information when applying for this spy warrant. Schiff is wrong, but that’s not shocking. He’s been lying for years. His memo was a work of fiction. He knew about the Trump-Ukraine nonsense prior to it becoming public knowledge. It all stemmed from a so-called whistleblower complaint. The so-called whistleblower, who is also a reported CIA agent and a registered Democrat that had worked with a 2020 candidate, approached his staff. Schiff knew the contents and prepared to weaponized it prior to leading the official impeachment march. Yet, another reason not to believe the Democrats with their rule of law and institutional integrity talking point when it comes to this top-notch political theater engulfing Washington.

Based on how the FBI-FISA story blew up, it quite clear why the liberal media keeps getting buckshot to the face. They take whatever Democrats give them as gospel, which is quite dangerous when you’re dealing with the mentally ill.

Making Journalism Great Again

By J.B. Shurk  American Thinker  12-28-19

https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2019/12/making_journalism_great_again.html

A new year is upon us, and I am keenly aware of the Fourth Estate’s four New Year’s Resolutions for 2020: (1) get Trump; (2) get Trump’s friends and family; (3) ridicule anyone who has voted or would consider voting for Trump; and (4) protect the Democratic Party from scandal.  If the “free” press can do this while impersonating the virtuous hero withstanding onslaught from the impenitent pretender in the White House, then all the better.  There is nothing they like more than playing Saint George to Trump’s dragon.

They’ll need to dig deeper if they expect any of us to take them seriously ever again.  This isn’t a “one-too-many Christmas cookies requiring a jump on the Peoloton” kind of resolution year.  This is a full-blown “been drinking Christmas cocktails since November 9, 2016, and desperately need an intervention” moment for the press.  Journalists keep leaning on the imaginary crutch that their blown credibility stems from one lone man in the country calling them out for their fake news from his Twitter account.  Chris Wallace has gone so far as to claim that there has never been a more dangerous time for the First Amendment than when the President of the United States exercises his free speech.  To save the press, we must regulate who is allowed to speak.  Finally, a license journalists can get behind!

If the ones with journalism degrees did some investigative reporting, they’d discover that we backcountry folk simply find their prose unconvincing.  They don’t have to visit Sharyl Attkisson’s long list of media malfeasance in the Trump Era, although that would be a good start for a journalist on the road to recovery.  What might be illuminating for the select congregation of the Fourth Estate, however, is if they sat down, red felt-tip marker in hand, and reread the front pages of the New York Times and Washington Post for every day from this last year, circling each headline that is not entirely, one hundred percent accurate.  If they did so, they might be amazed at how much red ink covers the graffiti of record.  It’s an astonishing exercise.  You would think that the reporters writing the stories were, like meteorologists, predicting tomorrow’s news, rather than recording for posterity known facts and affairs.  It is said that gross inaccuracy should be tolerated in the news business because reporters, even when very wrong, manage to reveal important unknown events when allowed to “chase a story” like a detective unearthing a clue.  When you flip through a year’s worth of pages now bleeding scarlet red dye, though, it is not courage but shame  that comes to mind.  How many red-encircled headlines should be endured before reaching the conclusion that this is not “news” but speculative fiction or straight-up propaganda?

Is there a certain percentage of inaccuracy that we could all agree is impermissible?  Would coastal newspapers still feel haughty if they had to print disclaimers below the fold stating that forty percent or more of what you are about to read might later be proven to be false?  Is it possible to peddle so much false information but still take umbrage at being called “fake”?

I suggest four different resolutions for the press this year:  (1) Headlines should accurately encapsulate facts that form the crux of any given story.  It does me no good if your headline is describing the third sentence of paragraph six or scraps the newsy part for a misleading editorial in headline form.  Headlines matter.  Sometimes they are all a busy person has time to read.  Sensational headlines not backed up by the sentences that follow are straight-up lies.  (2) Anonymous sources are bunk.  Testimonial evidence is only as powerful as the perceived credibility of the witness.  Most of the time, we see your anonymous sources as successfully using you to push a story, rather than the other way around.  Anonymous sources should be exceptional aberrations, not the norm.  If you can’t allow us to evaluate someone’s reputation for truthfulness or motivation for falsehood, that person better be providing life-and-death information while behind enemy lines.  Otherwise, they are pushing a narrative, you are their willing mark, and we are an audience being manipulated, not informed.  (3) When you ignore this and use anonymous sources anyway, stop giving your secret quote-givers special nonsensical titles.  When you say “high-ranking Pentagon official,” I know you want me to think “admiral,” “general,” or “Secretary of Defense,” but most of the time you mean somebody who ranks slightly higher than fifty percent of the millions of employees who work somewhere in our vast national security apparatus.  “Current or former White House aide” should mean one of the five people actually in the Oval Office during the meeting in question, not some disgruntled out-of-power political operative who last relished White House privileges in 1996.  (4) Expert sources matter, too.  Strangely, you think we see a “Dr” before a name or “PhD” after it as some holy affixation giving that person authority.  We don’t.  You may think all scientists are the same, but we know that engineers and chemists are not equal to gender-study sociologists and peddlers of Marxist revisionist history.  If you pass off an ethnographer as an expert in the effects of carbon dioxide emissions, you are lying.  If you use Howard Zinn as your expert on American history, you are lying, too.

The coasts are fond of telling us that “democracy dies in darkness.”  Here in the Great Middle, though, we have long known the more important truth: “Give light, and the darkness will disappear of itself.”

Israeli Intelligence Continues to Help Thwart Terrorist Attacks Abroad

IPT News
December 26, 2019
Share:
Denmark's security authoritiesfoiled several jihadist terrorist attacksearlier this month after arresting 20 suspects in raids throughout the country. That same week, two brotherswere sentenced to long prison termsin Australia after planning to down a commercial airplane on behalf of the Islamic State group in 2017. These developments point to a rising trend in thwarted jihadist terror plots.
But the two cases also share another commonality: Israel's intelligence services reportedly played an integral role in stifling the mass-casualty plots. Denmark and Australia join a long list of countries that relied on Israeli intelligence to prevent serious violence around the world.
According to Israel's Channel 12 news, information from Israel's Mossad foreign intelligence servicehelped Danish authoritiesprevent attacks shortly before they were to be executed. Prosecutors allege thattwo of the suspects tried to purchase guns and ammunition"to be used in connection with one or several terror attacks in Denmark or abroad." The Copenhagen City Court also ordered two other suspects remain imprisoned for allegedly attempting to build several explosive devices.
The relative threat posed by various terrorist actors can beskewedif analysts only look at realized attacks. Europol reports consistently show that European separatists conduct more attacks than jihadists on the continent. But these assessmentsmisrepresentthe fact that the jihadist threat is transnational, not inherently localized like separatist movements, and are more likely to generate more fatalities.
Israel's domestic security services, Shin Bet, revealed that Israel foiled more than 450 major terrorist attacks targeting Israel in the past year. The Shin Bet reportedlythwarted 500 attacks the year before. Beyond Israel's vast network of informants and human intelligence capabilities, Israeli intelligence has developed social media analytic programs to detect and anticipate potential terrorist incidents. But Israel diverts much of its intelligence capabilities outward, to help its allies and partners abroad.
The Israeli military's signals intelligence unit, 8200, was credited last year forintercepting communicationfrom a senior Islamic State figure. The unit then provided vital information to Australian authorities that identified operatives planning to smuggle an explosive device onboard a plane leaving from Sydney. The terrorists were detained before reaching airport security.
In June, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said thatIsrael's cyber capabilities helped thwart numerous terrorist attacks in "dozens" of countries. Israel shares intelligence on attacks and malicious cyber activity with 85 countries, he said. A Julyreportfrom Channel 12 claims that Israel foiled over 50 attacks in 20 countries over the last three years.
Policymakers and observers need to betterincorporate foiled plotsinto their analyses to produce more accurate threat assessments. Last year, for example, jihadist terrorist attacks declined by roughly 50 percent in Europe following significant spikes in attacks the previous two years. Based on this data, some observers started to believe that the Islamic State threat was eroding in Europe. But by including foiled jihadist plots, overall terrorist activity in 2018 was actually higher than any year before 2015, including the 2000s, when al-Qaida struck Europe in several high-profile attacks.
Reports that cite broader terrorist plots do not distinguish among different types of plot stages or potential devastation. But Israel's intelligence helped disrupt major attacks in their final execution phase – as the cases in Denmark and Australia show.
Israel does not only help foil jihadist terror attacks abroad. The Jewish state assists its partners in disrupting several high-profile Iranian terrorist attacks worldwide as well. In October 2018, Mossad reportedly tipped Danish authorities off to a plan to assassinate an Iranian separatist leader in Denmark. In June 2018, European security authorities, based on Israeli intelligence, foiled a terrorist plot orchestrated by an Iranian diplomat allegedly planting to detonate an explosive device at an anti-Iranian regime protest in France.
Iran is cultivating a vast network of terrorist and intelligence operatives across Europe to strike dissident Iranians, rival Arab leaders, and Israeli or Jewish targets. Whether countering the Islamic State or the Islamic Republic of Iran, Israel's domestic and foreign security services work diligently to combat the spread of terrorism around the globe.

Why  is JNS  and Jonathan Tobin  so much better for Israelis and American Jews than is David Suissa and  the Jewish Journal of Los Angeles?  [Possibly the answer is provided by VAJA.]

From: carol greenwald

I just returned from the UK where I gave three talks on Trump at the Limmud conference, the largest gathering of British Jews. I was on a panel with a managing editor of the LA Jewish Journal, Kelly Hartog. She was horrible. She read a litany of "sins" against Trump. She was the most unbalanced individual.  If she is at the Journal, there is little hope.

From: L Marshall Howard

I had great hopes for David Suissa… but so far he has been a disappointment.

Bigger disappointments are Chuck Schumer and Adam Schiff. Chuck Schumer was granted a dispensation by Obama as long as he did not organize an opposition. His vote was not needed.

On the other hand Adam Schiff was given 100% of the intelligence relating to Iran. We obtained it through France.  Adam Schiff knew what he was doing when he joined the Rhodes operation to create an echo chamber. The New York Times had a full article in which Rhodes bragged about how  he shanghaied the media and employed organization such as Plowshares to saturate the media with   editorials in favor of the JCPOA.    Adam Schiff knew that vast areas of Iran would not be subject to any inspections and those that were subject to inspection would require advance notification  and permission for any inspections.  Adam Schiff also knew that they would not be any snapback sanctions for Iranian violations given the complex mechanism of finding them guilty. The saddest part is that Adam Schiff, Chuck Schumer, Dick Durbin, etc. are providing ammunition to the anti-Semites who  believe that the anti- Trump efforts are a Jewish plot. This is at  the same time that  Adam Schiff’s  left-wing supporters in the Democratic Party are claiming that the US foreign policy establishment is  controlled by Jews and that Israel is a criminal nation.

Currently, my mentor ******,  who is Jewish,  is actively trying to provide information to David Suissa in the hope that David Suissa  will present a more balanced approach in the various Jewish publications that he oversees. The rest of us   are  all concerned that David Suissa is identified by name  as “vulnerable" [useful idiot ] by  VAJA ( Vezarat-e Ettela'at Jomhuri-ye Eslami-ye Iran) , the primary intelligence agency of the Islamic Republic of Iran

From: Shirley Lewis

This should be on the cover of next week's Jewish Journal if the JJ was truly serving the Jewish community and not the Democratic Party:
Jihad-Rep. Rashida Tlaib wears terrorist symbol on the House floor while opposing existence of Jewish state

The Jewish Journal is a Democratic Party front.   It does not care if the working class has job opportunities or if their wages go up.  The Democratic Party won't even vote for the new Canada/Mexico/US trade deal that is favorable to US workers. THE greatest social justice program ever invented is an economy pumping on all cylinders.  Democrats prefer a stifled economy (a la during the Obama era( and open borders which guarantee suppressed wage growth.  Jewish Democrats, including the JJ, promotes that  anyone that wants border security to help increase US worker wage growth is a racist.  Jewish Democrats, including the JJ, promotes that if you believe everyone who comes to US should be vetted like our parents were is a racist.  There is NO genocide going on in Mexico and Latin America but we are supposed to pretend that those crossing illegally are escaping genocide are be treated like potential Holocaust victims.  Anti-Semitsm both on and off campus is the cancer, but the Jewish Journal allows the Jewish Dem group to call Trump the cancer.  See link below with photo of Democrat Tlaib wearing the call to kill-Jews kaffiya on the floor of the House of Representatives.  Think Jewish Democrats of the Jewish Journal really cares. Maby we'll get a "tisk-tisk”.

In addition, the Jewish Journal covers up:

The depth and breath of anti-Semitism on US campuses
The do-nothing-real about the nonstop assaults on Jews in Brooklyn by the big, well-funded Jewish groups.
The do-nothing at all about the US imams that are preaching Jewish genocide from their pulpits.
What the big name Muslim organizations really are: CAIR, MPAC and ISNA.
The depth and breadth of anti-Semitism in mainstream media despite the fact that CAMERA does all the research, would be so easy to pick up.
The depth and breadth of incitement to hate and violence by the fake "moderate/peace partner" Abbas/PA/Fatah/PLO despite PMW doing all the research, sould be so easy to pick up.

NYT, WaPo Publishing Chinese Propaganda for Cash Ben Marquis

NYT, WaPo  Publishing Chinese Propaganda for Cash
Ben Marquis

It can seem at times like the establishment media has an underlying bias against the ideals of American exceptionalism and independent dominance on the world stage, and now a potential reason for that may have been discovered.

An investigative review has revealed that several major media outlets have been, for quite some time, running paid advertisements disguised as regular news articles that are nothing more than propaganda put forward by the Chinese Communist Party, The Washington Free Beacon reported.

That pro-China propaganda is paid for and promulgated by a communist state-run media outlet known as China Daily and its paid-for ads, both online and in print, appear in American establishment media outlets like The New York Times, The Washington Post and The Wall Street Journal, among others.

It is legal for foreign entities and governments to pay for advertising in the United States, provided it is fully disclosed as such. The problem here is that it doesn’t appear that necessary disclosure was occurring.

Based upon an expert review of the ads and federal filings, it appears that China Daily may have run afoul of the Foreign Agents Registration Act on a routine basis by failing to adequately and fully disclose the paid advertising it had purchased in the American newspapers.

TRENDING: Judge Throws Out Former Trump Campaign Chair Paul Manafort's Fraud Charges in New York

China Daily formally filed as a foreign agent in 1983, according to the Free Beacon, but declined to disclose to the Justice Department any advertising relationship with U.S. media outlets until 2012. Even then it continued to fail to fully comply with FARA by not providing a full breakdown of its spending activities and by withholding copies of paid advertisements, among other potential violations.

As per a review conducted by the Free Beacon and FARA experts of China Daily’s ads — both physical copies submitted to the DOJ as well as online copies that weren’t submitted — the Chinese propaganda pusher is believed to have purchased and run more than 700 online ads and more than 500 print ads in the major U.S. media outlets since 2012.

All of those propaganda pieces, which are cleverly disguised to appear as normal news or commentary articles, tend to frame China and the communist government in the most positive light possible while downplaying the things that China is often criticized over — such as its oppression of Tibet, the imprisoning of Muslim minorities in concentration camps in Xinjiang and the brutal crackdown on pro-freedom protesters in Hong Kong, among other things.

According to graph charts prepared by the Free Beacon, it appears the vast majority of the online ads by China Daily appeared on The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times’ websites, while a solid majority of the print ads appeared in the pages of The Washington Post and, to a lesser extent, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and British outlet Financial Times.

Do you believe some in the liberal media hold anti-American sentiments?
The fact that the U.S. media outlets have been running these propaganda ads on behalf of China’s communist government hasn’t sat well with Indiana Rep. Jim Banks, a Republican member of the House Armed Service Committee and longtime critic of China Daily. He essentially accused the American outlets of selling out their credibility for ad revenue.

“These outlets claim to support democracy, but they’ve participated in a cover-up for an ongoing communist-run genocide,” Banks told the Free Beacon. “It’s disgusting.”

China Daily declined to provide comment for the Free Beacon’s report. Spokespeople for the three major U.S. media outlets did provide various comments in defense of the practice, but all three declined to specify how much revenue had been gained by the ads sold for propaganda articles.

However, one advertising firm that has published ads in all three outlets, and requested anonymity so as not to disrupt current deals with the three, told the Free Beacon that full-page ads typically cost between $65,000 to $120,000 apiece, suggesting there are millions of dollars in revenue that are at play.

That would coincide with what financial details could be gleaned from China Daily’s FARA disclosures, which while not specific, did show that the media outlet had been infused with $11.8 million from the Chinese government over just the past year alone.

RELATED: While Dems Obsess Over Impeachment, Trump Quietly Has Amazingly Productive Week

Odds are, these U.S. media outlets running Chinese government propaganda are not unwitting dupes and while the outlets may claim that selling the ad space for propaganda has no impact on how they report when it comes to stories about China, that is just as difficult to believe.

The Western Journal has reached out to all four named outlets — The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal and Financial Times — for comment but has not yet received a response. We will update this article if and when we do.

General Flynn Uncovered Massive Clinton Scandal Linked to Terrorist Funding – Was Immediately Targeted by Obama Deep State

General Flynn Uncovered Massive Clinton Scandal Linked to Terrorist Funding – Was Immediately Targeted by Obama Deep State
Jack Hammer

Posting note: this item was presented as pure speculation, it is unvented and unevaluated. However, so many  strange things have happened in the intelligence community that we decided to post this item which may be 100% correct  or it may be 100% fiction

On November 10, 2017, we reported how the Wall Street Journal had received information from anonymous sources who said that General Flynn and his son Michael were involved in a plot to kidnap Muslim cleric and return him to Turkey.
Special Counsel Robert Mueller is investigating former White House national security adviser Mike Flynn’s alleged role in a plan to forcibly remove a Muslim cleric living in the U.S. and deliver him to Turkey in return for millions of dollars, according to people familiar with the investigation.
(Of course in the aftermath of Obama it is now customary and expected for FBI, DOJ and other government officials to leak true and false stories to the left wing media as long as they attack or discredit President Trump or anyone who voted for him.  These corrupt and criminal leaks will never be investigated or addressed in court with the Deep State in charge of the US government.)
Regardless, the story may have been placed with the WSJ to entice General Flynn to later plead guilty to lying to the FBI.  Of course, what Flynn supposedly lied about has never been leaked through the mainstream liberal media.
But based on a report at Neonrevolt, there is much more to this story.
In November 2017,
The primary bone of contention between the U.S. and Turkey is Fethullah Gülen, a shady Islamic mullah residing in Pennsylvania whom former President Clinton once called his “friend” in a well circulated video.
Flynn then shared a video of President Clinton claiming that the shady mullah is a friend of the US –

BREAKING: General Flynn Uncovered Massive Clinton Scandal Linked to Terrorist Funding – Was Immediately Targeted by Obama Deep State

In November 2017, General Flynn wrote an op-ed for the Hill.  In the piece Flynn wrote –

Flynn then shared –

Gülen portrays himself as a moderate, but he is in fact a radical Islamist. He has publicly boasted about his “soldiers” waiting for his orders to do whatever he directs them to do. If he were in reality a moderate, he would not be in exile, nor would he excite the animus of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his government.
Flynn then compared Gulen to leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood and “Turkey’s Osama Bin Laden”.  He discussed how Gulen brought into the US numerous individuals to run his charter schools he set up –
To add insult to injury, American taxpayers are helping finance Gülen’s 160 charter schools in the United States. These schools have been granted more H1-B visas than Google. It is inconceivable that our visa officers have approved thousands of visas for English teachers whose English is incomprehensible. A CBS “60 Minutes” program documented a conversation with one such imported English teacher from Turkey. Several lawsuits, including some in Ohio and Texas, point to irregularities in the operation of these schools.

Flynn then dropped this bomb about the Clinton Foundation’s relationship with this terrorist –

However, funding seems to be no problem for Gülen’s network. Hired attorneys work to keep the lucrative government source of income for Gülen and his network going. Influential charities such as Cosmos Foundation continue their support for Gulen’s charter schools.
Incidentally, Cosmos Foundation is a major donor to Clinton Foundation. No wonder Bill Clinton calls Mullah Gülen “his friend.” It is now no secret that Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton’s close aide and confidante, worked for 12 years as the associate editor for a journal published by the London-based Institute of Minority Muslim Affairs. This institute has promoted the thoughts of radical Muslim thinkers such as Qutb, al Bana and others.
Neonrevolt notes a New York Times article that discusses the terrorist organization in the US led by Gulen. What is happening is this –

The taxpayers fund the school system
The school abuses the H1-B visa program to import “teachers.”
The “teachers” get paid by taxpayers.
The “teachers” then donate 40% of their paychecks BACK to the Gulen Movement.
And Gulen goes and donates a chunk of this change back to the Clinton Foundation… while also trying to subvert and overthrow the Turkish government.
Neonrevolt then notes some statistics on the corruption in the US related to the Gulen group.
Gulenists’ contributions to congressional campaigns have been known for some time, as Buzzfeed reported last year. Texas Reps. Sheila Jackson-Lee, and Henry Cuellar, both Democrats, are among the biggest benefactors of Gulen contributions.
USA Today reported last month that the House ethics committee has investigated more than 200 trips taken by members of Congress since 2008 that were secretly funded by Gulen groups.
Clinton has been the biggest recipient of Gulenist donations of any presidential candidate this cycle, federal election records show.
This all leads up to today –
General Flynn as we all know now was targeted by Obama and the Clintons for some reason.  He knew too much and he was working with Trump, but maybe his oped was what scared them the most.  He had to be taken down and so he was targeted.
He lost his job with the Trump team due to shady actions by the Deep State and then was targeted by the Mueller team.  He eventually pled guilty to a crime of lying to the FBI.  Since this time he has been working with the Mueller team as was put in place as part of his agreement.

What we know now is that based on Flynn’s current trial date, set in August, his cooperation with the government should come to an end soon.   What is also in the works is that Flynn is supposed to be the key witness in the court case related to his business partner.
The DOJ’s website shares this about the case –
According to allegations in the indictment, the two men were involved in a conspiracy to covertly influence U.S. politicians and public opinion against a Turkish citizen living in the United States whose extradition had been requested by the Government of Turkey. The plot included using a company founded by Rafiekian and a person referred to as “Person A” in the indictment. The company, referred to as “Company A” in the indictment, provided services based upon Person A’s national security expertise.
According to Neonrevolt, person A is General Flynn and Company A is his company.  The individual that reportedly hired the Flynn group was a man by the name of Ekim Alptekin, who is connected with a consortium of Deep State spies –
How was Alptekin connected to the authors of Spygate? It depends on who you think they are, but he’s a Dutch citizen of Turkish origin with an array of connections that include Stefan Halper, Joseph Mifsud, George Soros, and senior U.S. officials, some of the connections through Soros’s European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR), which has appeared as a hub for other Spygate connections in Europe.  Halper is not a member, but shows up for ECFR events.
Obviously Turkey didn’t like Gulen and therefore they wanted him out of the US.  It is suggested that when Flynn testifies about his activities with his former partner related to Turkey, that he will actually be forced to out the Clinton Foundation and Obama in their activities with the terrorist in Pennsylvania.  The whole operation by the Deep State will come back and slap them in their faces.
Is Flynn playing the long game?  For the sake of America, let’s hope so.  God bless General Michael Flynn.

Jew Hate Joan Swirsky

Jew Hate

Joan Swirsky

Joan Swirsky
There is nothing new about the fanatical hatred of Jews that we see playing out in today’s world––literally a pandemic of anti-Semitism which echoes the fear and loathing that gave rise to the over-4,000-year history of the Inquisition, the Crusades, centuries of pogroms, the expulsion of Jews from country after country, and the Holocaust of the 20th century in which six-million Jews were savagely incinerated in the crematoria of Hitler’s Germany as the entire world––including U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt––looked on and did nothing!
Plus ça change and all that. But it’s not exactly true that things have remained the same. Today, the staggering power of technology makes the spread of Jew Hate all the more rapid, powerful and lethal.
In America, while blacks, Muslims, feminists, single mothers, immigrants, the global-warming fetishists, college graduates in debt for their exorbitant-but-meaningless “educations” and minorities of every stripe all bleat endlessly about being victims of this or that indignity, slight, “unfairness,” historical insult or crime, the Annual Report on Hate Crimes released by the Uniform Crime Reporting Program of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) show that, by far, it is the world’s tiny population of Jews––15 million in a world of nearly eight billion––who experience the most bias, hatred, assaults, blatant racism and hate crimes.
I purposefully have not included the 2018 statistics from the global study on anti-Semitism by the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), whose director, Jonathan Greenblatt, worked for three far-left regimes––the Clinton administration, the Obama fiasco, and the George Soros-funded Aspen Institute, and who has been accused by the founder and president of Americans for Peace & Tolerance, Dr. Charles Jacobs, of actively deceiving the American Jewish community about polling around the world that shows Islamic Jew hatred tops all others by a significantly wide margin.
“To stay anchored in the left,” explains Dr. Jacobs, “the ADL has had no choice but to bury its findings about Muslim anti-Semitism…prioritizing the protection of American Muslims over the protection of American Jews.”
Writer Isi Liebler elaborates at length on this premise, calling the ADL “a radical extension of the Democratic Party” that refuses to fight the Boycott Divestment Sanctions (BDS) movement––declared anti-Semitic by the American government––because the ADL actively supports the Marxist anti-Semitic group Black Lives Matter, which “incorporates anti-Israel passages in its platform and campaigns against anti-boycott legislation.”
HERE, THERE & EVERYWHERE
But we don’t need skewed polls from the ADL to know what is happening to innocent Jews both here and abroad.
All you have to do is to read the daily exposés on Jew hatred around the world and in America that Pamela Geller has been documenting for almost 20 years at https://gellerreport.com. ––definitely subscribe to this powerful site. Here, a small sample of typical headlines:
And in other venues:
December 17, 2018 in eastern France. Getty Images
ON CAMPUSES
Again, the headlines say it all:
The 40 worst colleges for Jewish students,  according to the Algeimener.com online newspaper, include, among others at which rampant anti-Semitism flourishes––largely with impunity: Vassar College, U of Chicago, U of California LA, U of Washington (Seattle), New York University, Oberlin College, U of California Berkeley, Brown U, Brooklyn College, U of California Irvine, San Diego State U, Stanford U, Northwestern U, U of Michigan Ann Arbor, Tufts U, U of California Santa Cruz, Hunter College (NY), U of Mass Amherst, Rutgers U, U of California Davis, Ohio State U, Wesleyan U, U of North Carolina, Harvard U, U of Texas Austin, Swarthmore College, Georgetown U, Syracuse U, U of Wisconsin Madison.
* According to author, editor and blogger Ruth S. King in Tenured Cowards, “The craven indifference of academic elites to the anti-Semitism that threatens Jewish students…is reminiscent of the purges of Jewish professors and students in the darkening days following Kristallnacht in November of 1938”
Today, she continues, professors “…worry about every minority right except for the right of Jews to live in safety everywhere, including on their own campuses. These cowards, particularly Jewish professors––who preen and strut in narcissistic self-hatred––have turned their back on Jews and Israel. They will be the first to be shocked when the rising tide of international anti-Semitism comes lapping at their heels, and their cronies and friends abandon them as they have abandoned principles and decency.”
Among the vilest and most anti-Semitic groups at Harvard, Columbia and campuses across the country is Students for Justice in Palestine. By the way, will someone please tell me where on any map or Atlas in the entire world Palestine exists?
Yoo Hoo, Jewish alumni! Are you still donating to these schools? Paying them to “educate” your children. Well…stop! Let them know that their desire to extinguish Jews and annihilate Israel is the reason they will not receive another cent from you! Money Talks!
Clearly, the Arab strategy over the past many decades of spending multimillions of dollars endowing hundreds if not thousands of Chairs at colleges and universities throughout America––and especially in the D.C. area and other seats of powers, has given them total control over their preferred anti-Jewish and anti-Israel curricula, the better to contaminate the minds of students and influence America’s foreign policy vis-à-vis the historically anti-Semitic U.S. State Department.
For the first time since Israel was founded in 1948, we have a State Department under Sec. of State Mike Pompeo that is not blatantly anti-Semitic! Moreover, President Trump has just issued an Executive Order that deems discrimination against Jews on U.S. campuses to be a violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and mandates that both colleges and universities lose federal funding if they fail to combat discrimination against Jewish students.
Of course, leftists everywhere––with Democrats leading the pack––object, which is absolutely no surprise as the Democrat Party is now the Official Party of Jew Hatred.
Do sane, moderate Democrats still exist? Yes they do, and to them I say Get Out Now! Leave your Party until it is purged of its racists, which you can help to accomplish at the ballot box.*
MEDIA MAGGOTS
According to author and columnist Ben Shapiro, “Media coverage of Israel has long been skewed in favor of Israel’s enemies. Jews…are targeted by those perceived as higher on the scale of privilege. It’s the reason Rev. Al Sharpton has a show on MSNBC, the reason Democratic politicians continue to play footsie with Louis Farrakhan, the reason the New York Times ignores hate crimes in its own city…”
Social Media too––Facebook, Twitter, etc.––are hotbeds of Jew-hating fanatics, many with made-up names, cowards who routinely engage in blood libels, vicious stereotypes, and lies and rants that I, personally, interpret as jealous screeds. These are the people who lie in bed at night obsessing about Jews, blaming their own lack of success on Jews, and projecting onto Jews their own worse character traits and failings.
As ace journalist Ashley Lutz scrupulously documented in a Business Insider report, in 1983 there were 50 media companies, but today only six organizations are responsible for 90 percent of all the “news” we read, watch and listen to! They include:
  • GE (Comcast, NBC, Universal Pictures, Focus Features, et al).
  • NewsCorp (Fox, Wall St. Journal, NY Post, et al).
  • Disney (ABC, ESPN, Pixar, Miramax, Marvel Studios, et al)
  • Viacom (MTV, Nick Jr., BET, CMT, Paramount Pictures, et al)
  • Time Warner (CNN, HBO, TIME, Warner Bros., et al)
  • CBS (Showtime, Smithsonian Channel, NFL.com, Jeopardy, 60 Minutes, et al)
Make no mistake, the CEOs of these multibillion-dollar businesses are all leftist globalists––not a conservative among them. The last was Rupert Murdoch (Fox, Wall St. Journal, NY Post, et al) who gave control of his empire to his leftist sons Lachlan and James, hence the distinctly leftward tilt of Fox and the WSJ.
And shame on them for their positive coverage of raving anti-Semites like Cong. Ihlan Omar (D-MN), Cong. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), Cong. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), Cong. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), and all the others who avidly support both the BDS movement to destroy Israel economically and the denial of foreign aid to America’s staunchest ally in the Middle East.
DEMOCRATS
As you read above, the Democrat Party has now––under the, ahem, leadership of Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY)––become the de facto party of Jew Hate, proven by the fact that with every vicious anti-Jewish, Israel-loathing statement of the above Democrats (Omar, Tlaib, Pressley, Ocasio-Cortez, et al), there has been NOT ONE WORD of objection, but rather Speaker Pelosi appointed Rep. Omar to the Foreign Affairs Committee, where she could learn every secret of the United States and pass it along to her like-minded Jew haters both here and abroad.
As Professor Abraham H. Miller has aptly noted, “Given a choice between preserving their Jewish identity or embracing the ideology of the left, many Jews would prefer to be Democrats than Jews.”
Writer Victor Rosenthal correctly posits that “the secret to educating anti-Semites so that they will stop being anti-Semites remains undiscovered.” He goes on to suggest that “Jews should secure their institutions and arm themselves to the extent that the law permits. Self-defense training should be part of all Jewish education. Nobody is respected for being a victim.”
There are simply too many examples of the betrayal of Israel and Jews everywhere by the current anti-Semitic Democrats in the U.S. Congress to cite. Suffice a few more headlines:
In my view, these despicable anti-Semites resemble the “just-following-orders” Germans who Daniel Goldhagen aptly described in the title of his 1996 book, “Hitler’s Willing Executioners.”
Today, the Jew haters in America––who get away with their murderous attacks under the cover of “free speech”––and the vast number of Muslim and Arab Jew haters who have predicated their entire lives on killing Jews and eliminating the State of Israel, now take their marching orders from Democrat leaders, leftwing newspapers, cowardly professors, and the megalomaniacal anti-Semitic billionaires who support them.
It is no wonder that the estimable Daniel Greenfield wrote: “There is no future for Jews on the left except as collaborators in anti-Semitism.”
WHAT TO DO
It is clear that the Jewish organizations that once strongly advocated for Jewish issues and fought anti-Semitism aggressively no longer do so unless they involve politically correct issues that won’t inspire the vindictive wrath––and financial support––of Jewish Democrats. These include: the UJA-Federation, the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), the American Jewish Committee (AJC), the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), the Hillel chapters on college campuses and the Reform movement.
So don’t count on these organizations and don’t send them another dollar!
The good news is that, along with wide support from political conservatives, most Republicans, and the Christian Evangelical community, other Jewish advocacy organizations and publications are working tirelessly to combat the relentless assaults of the Jew- and Israel-haters among us.
